An internal facing Product Manager at a publicly listed transport technology business. 

You will be tasked with understanding the current and future needs of the company and its customers while managing vendors and internal staff members.

As the Product Manager – Call Centre Technology, you will shape the direction of the product suite and the value it provides to Customers and Stakeholders.

The client is looking for a strategic thinker who can provide a clear product vision in order to gain a shared understanding of problem and solution with the product development team.

You will need an awareness of the competition and future trends in the technology driving call centers and communication hubs.

Ideally you will degree qualified, a pragmatic thinker, highly organized with the communication skills to express your thoughts and ideas in a clear and compelling manner.

Experience

  • 2+ years agile product owner or similar product management role
  • Background and knowledge of end-to-end product development
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate and communicate with stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated understanding of incremental delivery and the value of metrics
  • Track record of success in product development
  • Experience working with technical teams.
