As the Financial Controller, you’re responsible for providing accurate, relevant, and timely information to the Senior Management team, the Board, and other staff members to assist in decision making. As part of the Finance team, we aim to apply the values of integrity, excellence, and commitment at all levels of work.
Key areas of focus include finance management, statutory and management accounting, regulatory reporting, budgeting, Treasury, Capital Management, and financial analysis. By effectively managing these critical areas, the Finance Manager plays a vital role in driving the financial success of the institution.

Key Requirements to be successful as the Financial Controller
- CFA/CA qualification in addition to a Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 5 years + of experience in a similar role within Financial Services (finance manager or finance controller)
- Comprehensive understanding of Banking and Financial Services
- Strong understanding of regulatory Compliance and Reporting:
