Reporting directly to the GM of Payments of this exciting Fintech, you will act as the go to person for transaction monitoring as well as the lead in incident responses.

- Execution of initiatives to enhance payment operations.
Position Summary
The Payment Operations Coordinator is the go-to-person for ongoing monitoring of Payments as well as incident management. With 2-3 years’ experience in payments the individual thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves to work across teams. Refining processes, continual improvements and communications are what this role is all about.
Through diligence and attention, this individual will identify issues before they happen, but when incidents do happen the Payments Operations Coordinator will lead from the front, coordinate different teams, publish internal and external communications and lead a positive and efficient resolution.
This is a newly created position as a result of consistent and profitable growth from this established Payments Fintech.
Hybrid working – 3 days in office.
